Organizations, Projects & Servers

The hierarchy is simple: one account can own several Organizations, each Organization can contain several Projects, and each Project can monitor many Servers, websites, and ports. Alert rules, thresholds, scan schedules, and notification channels live at the Project level so you can run production, staging, and a customer environment side by side without mixing policies. Plan limits apply at the Organization level and are shown in the Plans section of the dashboard.

Team Members & Access

Invite teammates to an Organization and they get visibility into every Project it contains. Because access is organization-scoped rather than per-resource, adding a new engineer on a shared team is a single click instead of thirty. If you want strict separation between two customers or two internal teams, create two Organizations - they are fully isolated, including their billing and notification channels. For someone who only needs to watch, a client stakeholder or an external auditor, you can grant project-scoped read-only access instead of full membership: these viewers see exactly the projects you share with them, cannot change anything, and sign in through a dedicated managed-login page.

Plans & Add-ons

Optimux offers Free, Business, and Business Managed plans on monthly or annual billing. You can upgrade whenever you need more servers, more frequent scans, longer data retention, or faster uptime intervals, and the change takes effect immediately with proration handled automatically. Optional add-ons - such as Incident Response - can be purchased or cancelled at any time from Dashboard > Plan. Downgrading works the same way, with credit applied to the next invoice for unused days.

Billing, Invoices & Receipts

Dashboard > Billing shows every invoice and receipt, with downloadable PDFs and a date-range ZIP export for accounting. Payment methods are managed through the Stripe-powered customer portal, which is linked directly from the billing page. For EU B2B customers, VAT reverse charge is applied automatically when a valid VAT number is on file, and receipts show the full legal details of Private Devops Ltd.

Security: Two-Factor, Sessions & Data Rights

Dashboard > Security is where you change your password, enable or disable time-based one-time password (TOTP) two-factor authentication, and view the recovery codes issued during setup. Sessions are bound to your browser, and logging in from more than three distinct IPs inside five minutes invalidates every session automatically - protection you get for free against token theft. Dashboard > GDPR lets you export every piece of data the platform holds about you at any time, or permanently delete your account.
